News Clippings 1970-1992.

The series consists entirely of newspaper and magazine clippings about events at UAB or about other items of interest relating to UAB. Many of the clippings relate to health affairs. Arranged alphabetically by broad subject and thereunder alphabetically by a more specific subject, the files provide information about activities and programs at UAB including anthropology, art, biology, communications, dentistry, medicine, research, diseases, education, politics, organizations, hospitals, and UAB general. Most clippings contain the name of the newspaper or magazine in which they appeared and the date of publication.
